How does the E/Capital system of trust work?
There are two key components that ensure the E/Capital reputation system functions - transaction feedback and your public profile. E/Capital utilizes a cutting-edge feedback system that displays a score on your public profile. This score is affected by the feedback that each E/Capital user receives from each and every completed transaction. There feedback that is able to given is either positive, neutral, or negative. Neutral feedback has no bearing over the user's profile score. The other aspect is the public profile, members can increase their reputation by verifying their identity and providing proof of address. How can I increase the security of my account?

Why are there so many security questions when I try to login to my E/Capital wallet?
As part of our promise to keep you and your investment safe we feel that it is extremely important to ensure that it is always you that is trying to access your account. It is vital that in order to protect you from identity theft and fraud that we apply the most security steps possible, this will involve setting up a series of questions and answers. All new members will be required to set up their security questions when first logging into their E/Capital account. The answers to these question will be known only to the account holder and as such will add an extra layer of security to what is already an ultra-secure platform. It is important to make note of the exact spelling and punctuation of these answers as any errors made may result in you being locked out of your account for a short period of time until you are able to confirm your identity.
Are there any other methods that you can recommend that will help me to ensure my account is secure?
Yes, it is possible for you to protect your account by using a code card. Code Card is simply a piece of software that issues you with 9 six digit numbers that you will be required to write down and keep in a safe place. Following your activation of the code card you will be required to enter a random code each and every time that you need to send or withdraw bitcoin from your E/Capital wallet. Before you can do that however, you will need to verify that the codes you have written down are the same as the ones that will be required, once you have completed this simple step you can rest assured that your E/Capital account is as safe as it possibly can be.
